ICE Trampoline and Tumbling Sports

ICE Trampoline Sports is Canterbury's only dedicated Trampoline club, based in Rangiora.
Founded in 2007 by Nigel and Vicki Humphreys
offering a full range of competitive and recreational based programs to suit a huge variety of young and old.

Competitive Classes:
Our competitive squads boast National Champions and many New Zealand Representatives. Ages range between 7 and 22.
For those who really like a competitive challenge!

Tumbling Classes:
Power Tumbling classes are held Saturday
afternoon, 12.30 - 3.30. Run by Nicki Growcott, Canterbury's leading Tumbling expert.
Ideal class for extra cheerleading training and competitive Tumbling specialists.

Recreational Classes:
A fun filled, exhilerating class structure, sure to
improve fitness and confidence. One and one and a half hour classes available Mon, Wed, Fri & Sat

Casual Drop In:
ICE is open to all on Thursdays, 3.00 - 4.00pm
& Fridays 3.30 - 4.30pm
$5.00 charge per session,
socks and drink bottle essential.

Pre School Classes:
Full parental involvement ensures fun and learning for all. Five Trampolines and limited numbers give plenty of active trampoline time. Great for improving balance and confidence.
Sessions run Thurs 2 - 2.45.
Term 3 bookings are now open.

Adult Classes:
Come and have a go! test your strength and learn the things your kids are doing. Ideal cross training for other sports, builds core strength and balance, great for overall fitness.
Classes starting soon.

Awesome Birthday Parties:
Take the hassle out of your next child's birthday party. Interactive Trampoline fun can be followed by food and drink on site. For full details and costs click the tab above.

Home School Classes:
A great recreational and social activity for the North Canterbury home school families. Sessions in the third term will be Wednesdays 2.00 -3.00pm.

I finally have the timetable for this weekends competition.

Please remember that it is at Olympia Gymnastics, Corsiar Dr Wigram (off Springs Rd)

Age Group is first, warm up from 10.00am
Start comp at 12.00.
First event is -10 tramp & 13-14 DMT

Badge comp warm up from 3.15pm
Start 4.15pm with Red Tramp and Yellow DMT
Scheduled to finish at 6.15.
There will be a prize draw for all Dads attending seem its fathers day!!!

If you don't have a leotard, shorts and T Shirt would be fine, please follow club colours if possible, Black, Silver and Red.
White socks are compulsory.
The entry fee of $20 is payable on the day.
