Mt Tiger Archery Club caters for all ages and provides basic introduction to archery, coaching and competition for all levels.
The archery club has facilities at both indoors, based at Whangarei Girls High Gymnasium (Lupton Ave) and outdoors at Moray Rd, off Ngunguru Ford Rd
The outdoor club is a new venue, currently being developed for outdoor archery. Presently there is a range with distances up to 80 yds - a NZ first for outdoor archery. A 28 target IFAA course is being built. The large river and waterfall is going to guarantee picturesque 3D courses.
The indoor venue has been developed as an excellent place to learn archery. Coaching sessions are held here on both nights for beginners and Club equipment is available for a nominal hire.
