Whether you are a serious athlete or are exercising for your well-being, what you eat can make a big difference to your performance and enjoyment of sport.

The Millennium Institute of Sport & Health and Nestlé’s nutrition experts have teamed up to provide you with a wide range of nutrition advice sheets specific to your sport. Plus we have created a range of general nutrition sheets to help you understand more about the role of food in your body and how you can optimise your energy levels and recover more effectively.

These sheets are aimed for those who participate in sport at the recreation level who train a maximum of once a day. For those at the elite level (training at high intensity more than once a day), the sheets will provide a good overview, but additional individualised advice from a sports nutritionist/dietitian will be required.

These sheets will help you understand more about sports nutrition and give you some practical ideas to help you eat well for your sport.
