Welcome to the
Hibiscus Coast Athletics Club website.
Our family-oriented club caters for children aged between five and 14 years with a wide range of track and field events, including sprints, high jump, long jump, discus and shot put - as well as Run, Jump, Throw activities.
We are affiliated with Athletics New Zealand and Athletics Auckland and our members are entitled to participate in interclub events in the Auckland region throughout the season.
Weekly club nights are held on Wednesdays and are based at Whangaparaoa College, off Delshaw Avenue, Whangaparaoa. We have the use of a full 400m track and have ample space for field events.
Our 2010-11 season will run October 13, 2010 to March 9, 2011. We will take a break over the school holidays, finishing on December 8, 2010 and recommencing on February 2, 2011 for a further six weeks. Prize giving is scheduled for March 16.
