The Central Region Teams Competition is played in 4 age groups - under 13 (U13), U15, U17, U19.
Teams are entered by the 11 member Associations.

Each age group has 2 Sundays of competition which is held at Palmerston North. U13 and U17 age groups meet on the same day and the U15 and U19 age groups do likewise.

Entries for the 2010 Central Region Teams Competition are required by 1 May 2010.
