CLUB UNIFORM:
Plain black shorts and a black singlet with the official logo on the front.
Uniforms and teamwear can be purchased at the office.

This Season, the first rotation of the programme we will be working on training and technique only one throw or jump may be measured.

2012 - 2013 Subscriptions:
Children compete in the age group which is determined by their age as at the 31st December 2012.

PARENT / CAREGIVER INFORMATION

PARENT ASSISTANCE ON CLUB NIGHTS IS COMPULSORY
Volunteers run the Hawera Athletics Club Inc. There is a huge amount of effort in organising Club Nights therefore, the assistance of parents & caregivers are needed to ensure the Club Nights run smoothly & efficiently.

Note: The Club reserves the right to cancel any event if parent help is not forthcoming.

INJURY & MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
The Club accepts no responsibility for any injury suffered whist (1) taking part in any Club activity or (2) being on grounds or premises controlled by the Club. Members and/or Parents/Caregivers give the Club permission to provide basic First Aid & seek medical attention if any sickness or injury occurs while at the Club.

PRIVACY ACT
I/We authorise Hawera Athletics Club to use this information for Club purposes & for it to be made available to Athletics Taranaki or to Athletics New Zealand for administrative purposes.

CLUB RULES
I/We acknowledge that I/We am/are bound by the Rules of the Club and verbal or written instructions by Club Officials or delegates at any given time.
Children under 14 years require parental supervision on Club nights.
Unsupervised children may be prevented from participating in Club events.
