The Indoor Bowls Club operates during the winter months from the end of the outdoor bowling season(April) till early September when the outdoor season recommences. All events held in/at Woolston Park Bowling Club are captured in the Events Calender at the top of this page (feel free to check our events programme out).
At present we have approx. 25 members and play every Sunday in the club pavillion (see "Events Calender" above for our sections, club programme, this calender also supplies the Outdoor Bowls programme as well). We have room for 6 mats and depending on numbers attending, usually fill 5 mats most days. Club days play, starts at 12.30pm and we encourage players to be in the pavillion by 12.15pm to enable us to start on time. Flat soled shoes or slippers are the only requirement and for new players we have coaching available.
"Friday night Fish & Chip " (Start time 6pm) social night bowls are held monthly and usually finish approximately 8pm-8.30pm.
Open Fours Tournament
Our Club holds an Open Fours Tournament on the first Sunday of each month, from May to September. These tournaments start at 1pm and if you are interested in entering a team, we currently have two team vacancies in this tournament, so give Warren ph. 9420215 a call and book a spot.

The result from your Clubs "Presidents Trophy", held on Sunday 28th August has been entered into the "Woolston Park Calender of Events" header above, check to see which members are your new "Indoor Championship Trophy" holders etc.

New members or visitors are more than welcome to attend Woolston Park Indoor Bowls, held at Woolston Park Bowling Club in Woolston.
Every Sunday till early September we have a great bowls afternoon starting at 12.30pm, with our bar open as well. Membership fees are only $25.00 (due prior to our 1st championship day and reduced as the season passes, New members always welcome ), with a mat fee of only $1.00 per Sunday played, if you follow our clubs Events Calender above, you will see that we are now playing on a new floor, and you will see our Club has been freshly painted inside as well. This Events Calender will keep you all advised of any changes that are required to our programme for the indoor season.
To our members, please be aware of our start times, the start time is not the turnup time, please be in the hall 15mins prior to the start time and please don't forget that you have entered a competition as a redraw of teams leads to a late start, also calling up 20mins prior to starting, adviseing that you will not be playing is not going down too well. Cancellations are required no later than 6.00pm the night before if possible please.

Regarding the Notices and Members Weekly Update (during the Outdoor Season). Signing up to receive these notices/messages via either the Indoor or Outdoor web sites does not give Warren or anyone else at Woolston Park B.C access to your PERSONAL email addresses, these are stored on the Sports Ground Web Site server and can not be accessed, so can not viewed at all by anyone else receiving notices from Woolston Park B.C
The Secretaries of Woolston Park B.C or Indoor Bowls section will not send any block emails to members of Woolston Park under the: To as all members receiving these emails with members names along the top, allows their personal addresses to be accessed and viewed, but by the: BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) this way, no one can view or access your PERSONAL email addresses unless you pass them on to the other members yourselves.
