Greetings from Kawerau Home of football.
We held the 9th Grade Premier Tournament on the 20th of August 2011 in Kawerau.
It was an Awesome day, with a relaxed feel. We had 6 Teams play a round robin.
The results are as follows.
Kawerau Crusaders 10 Points
Whakatane Force 9 Points
Ohope Stealers 8 Points
Central Oasis Opotiki 7 Points
Kawerau Krickets 4 Points
and Saints Incrediballs 3 Points
Well done to all teams and a big thank you to
Jonathan Carter  for all his hard work to organising the day. Thanks also to the JMC for their vision to hold the tournaments this season. Hope to see more of these in the near future.

8 August 2011 2:30pm: 11th grade 1st div the weekend of August 13th (this weekend) will be used to play those catch-up games prior to commencement of the split rounds on the 20th August.
Teams to organise there own catch up games.
Draw for the next round will be available earlier next week once the final make up of the league positions is known.
Remember; no points will be carried through to the next round.

7 July 2011 9:15am:Rex Morpeth Park has reopened for play. Lets hope for some fine weather. If training try to stay off the fields and goal areas!!!!

An awesome 9th Grade 1st division tournament was held in Opotiki. Well done to Mark and Fiona and the rest of the Opotiki team. Results for tournament were 1. Otakiri 2. James St Legends and 3. equal Awakeri Wild Cats and HTL Spreading Awakeri Phoenix. Well done to all teams involved!!!!

Also, well done to Julie Dornan and Michelle Mitchell from the Whakatane Club for running a successful Haddocks Spraypainters High School Girls Tournament on Sunday at  Rex Morpeth Park. The tournament was won by Tauranga Girls College over Rotorua United Girls Blue 2-0 in the final.
