To dispel all the rumours, and erroneous comments, around Bowls Hawke's Bay High Performance policy, we sought from Bowls New Zealand, to obtain clarification and confirmation from Kerry Clark, that Bowls Hawke's Bay were in step with, and had the total support of Bowls New Zealand, with their HP policy.
This was emphatically given, and the following email from Stephen Clifton, Operations Manager for Bowls New Zealand, is an endorsement of that.
