The centre is made up of 11 clubs from Paraparaumu in the South as far north as Foxton. There are three Associations (Awahou, Tararua and Kapiti).

Approximately 250 bowlers play indoor bowls in the area, some socially and others competitively. There are many events held at club, association and centre level as well as a full programme of representative bowls

SUCCESSFUL NATIONALS FOR HOROWHENUA BOWLERS

Horowhenua indoor bowlers have just returned from the Lion Foundation 62nd National Championships at the Te Rauparaha Arena in Porirua, with a number of excellent performances.
