Welcome to the website of Paraparaumu Beach Tennis Club on New Zealand's sunny Kapiti Coast, a very pleasant 52 minute drive from the nation's capital city, Wellington.

We have 13 courts, including three finely-appointed, floodlit  'centre' courts. The recent addition of  scoreboards, wind-breaks and permanent courtside seating has greatly enhanced the ambience around  the centre courts. Good clubhouse facilities and ample off -street  parking add significantly to the experience of playing tennis at 'the Beach'.

Organised social tennis is played year round on Sunday mornings, Monday evenings, tuesday and thursday mornings. Interclub teams play on either saturdays, sundays or wednesday mornings. The club has a 'Lobster' ball machine which members may use and the volleyboard is open at all times. Our professional coach, Jamie Atkinson, is available for tuition.

The club is affiliated to Tennis Central Region and Tennis NZ, and in 2009 was nominated Regional club of the year.
