Marching in Hawke’s Bay has been going for many many years in 1998 the name was changed to Marching Hawke’s Bay.
Aspects
We govern the Sport within the whole Hawke’s Bay district and this covers all aspects including Judging, monitoring teams and personnel and setting up competitions.
Competitions
We run Local Competitions on a regular basis through out the season.
Aim
Our Sport is for encouraging the active participation in the sport of marching which encourages youngsters to move and march to music. There is a certain amount of discipline and deportment advantages as well as the mental agility required to memorise the specific technical plans and display routines.
