The main objective of the Greymouth Amateur Swimming Club is to
PROMOTE AND ENCOURAGE A KNOWLEDGE OF SWIMMING IN OUR COMMUNITY
We do not operate a learn to swim function, however we are able to instruct on all swimming strokes to enable swimmers to improve overall fitness with in-water and dry-land trainings, perfecting technique and focussing on competitive swimming and personal achievement.
You may be of any age to join the Greymouth Amateur Swimming Club but you must be able to swim 50m or have achieved Level 5 Swim Safe Certification.
