COURT RESURFACING 2014/15
The Highfield Tennis Club has completed stage one of resurfacing which means we have two new blue courts at the club! Stage two is in the planning process with the aim of two new artificial surfaces being installed. This is exciting news for the club and wider tennis community.

Cardio Tennis is a great way for players to enjoy the game. In about an hour, you can get an amazing workout, socialize, and enjoy tennis — all at once.
Participants consistently elevate their heart rates into their aerobic training zone which is monitored by the provided heart rate monitors. This way you can burn more calories than singles or doubles tennis
Cardio Tennis is similar to interval training which is periods of high intensity followed by short periods of rest. Interval training is the best way to train for optimal health and fitness
While participants are playing tennis, their focus is primarily on getting a great workout.
The cost is $10 per session and it is first in first served.
