The on line registration form will be available from early February 2015. Please register early. The official weigh in will be in March 2015.
Fees for 2015
The fees for 2015 will be $50 for the first child and $15 for each additional sibling. This includes a team photo and $50/$60 credit towards a team meal at the club rooms. ($60 is for full field teams)
Expressions of Interest for Coaches/Referees/Managers in 2015
The club would like all intending coaches, referees and managers for 2015 to contact Leah Setford (firstname.lastname@example.org

). The Committee will vote on the head coach and co coach for teams that a joined together in 2015.
All full field teams are required to have a person attend the Associated Referees course.
These are held in March/April 2015.

Junior club painters
The senior club is going to paint the interior of the club rooms. Any junior club members who would like to tender for the opportunity to paint the club rooms are welcome to send their details to Gareth Kilsby (chairman).
Sponsors for 2015
The Club would like two Match Ball sponsors. Their business name will be on one pane of each match ball for two years. There is approximately 120 match balls required per year. The cost is $1,500 for the two year deal.
Could any other sponsors please contact Leah Setford, if you would like to sponsor a team next year. Sponsorship could be of team shirts, coaches jerseys or shorts.
Small Blacks - Coaches attendance compulsory
The Club has made a directive that all coaches must pay their child/ren's subs in full at the start of the each season. The fees will be refunded, once that coach has attended a Small Blacks Course. There must be two people (coaches/manager) from each team that must attend the Small Blacks Course in 2015. It is a NZRU/HBRU directive that each team has at least one person who has attended the Small Blacks Course at each game. Only coaches and committee members will be exempt from paying fees.
