Over 75% of this class is made up of Females the classes are taken by Tom Kupa Chief Instructor takes all introductory classes, while Sue-Anne Wilson is the main beginner instructor as well as intermediate instructor. We have assistant instructors who will eventually be placed into key roles such as April How for kickboxing. We also have assistant instructors who help out with techniques on the training floor. They are Hollie Robson , Papa Mataruarua, Gemma Anderson and Kylie Wilson.

During the Day.
These Classes are being held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. 12.30 to 1.15pm.
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. 8pm to 8.45pm.
