World Masters Games
North Harbour Softball has been chosen to host the World Masters Games softball event at Rosedale Park from 21st - 30th April 2017. Softball will be a big player in this event with 1,800 softball players expected to participate at the Tradestaff Sports Stadium and Rosedale Park over the 10 day event.
Auckland will host 25,000 athletes involved with 28 sports in venues across Auckland. A number of sports are based around the Albany precinct including softball and hockey. There will be opportunities to mix and mingle at the Masters Games Village which will be established in central Auckland.
Softball teams from throughout New Zealand are encouraged to start fundraising and be sure they don't miss out on what will be an opportunity of a life-time.
With a focus on good communication, good competition and good fun this is an event not to be missed.
