Congratulations to the Premier Team on winning back the 2 Day Trophy after a couple of years without it. Batting first at Puke Park and putting on 232 all out, Old Boys then went about destroying United's batting lineup having them all out for 133, Old Boys then went into bat again toying aorund until both captains decided to call it a day gifting Old Boys the Trophy and Championship.
The Senior grade team had a bit of bad luck loosing their last game of the round robin to just miss out on the semi finals.
2nd grade Team did well this season bringing home the north taranaki and 2nd Grade titles back to Western Park.
The 2012/2013 season will kick off roughly begining of september with training at the Sulzburger indoor centre, please keep in touch for details. approaching fast, and the Number 1 cricket club in Taranaki will again be looking to enforce its dominance on all other clubs. With some exciting editions to all squads, they will certainly be looking to reclaim the Premier One Day Trophy and Premier Two Day trophy and rehang them on the wall at the 'home of cricket'.
